About Devin
Devin Schirm is a Conscious Dating Coach who helps clients understand the deeper layers of their relational patterns, projections, and their soul’s calling in love. His work draws from over a decade of studying and engaging with masculine and feminine psychology, both in theory and through real human relationships.
His approach blends Jungian Depth Psychology, Archetypal Mythology, masculine/feminine dynamics, inner child work, and spiritual integration. He focuses on guiding people toward clarity, emotional honesty, and a more grounded, authentic sense of relational desire.
Through 1-on-1 coaching, group work, and live experiences, he supports men and women in stepping into a more conscious relational path - one that brings greater integrity to how they love and relate, and aligns them with relationships that are genuinely supportive of their growth.
He also serves as a relational mirror in his coaching. Through grounded presence, emotional availability, and clear communication, he helps clients recalibrate how they relate in relationships. For women, this includes learning to recognize what healthy masculine presence actually feels like, so they can more clearly choose partners who embody it. For men, it means supporting them in embodying a more stable and integrated masculine in how they show up with others. The result is clients who become more aligned with - and better prepared for healthy, conscious relationships.
